Permanent Makeup is wonderful for most, but it may not be suitable for everyone. It is not recommended for those who are pregnant or nursing, under 18, or have active skin conditions (like eczema or acne) in the treatment area. It is also not suitable for individuals with a history of keloid scarring, those undergoing chemotherapy, or anyone who has taken Accutane within the last year. During our consultation, I will carefully review your medical history to ensure your safety.
-
Absolutely. Your safety is my top priority. I use only high-quality, medical-grade pigments and 100% sterile, single-use needles and tools for every procedure. My studio follows the strictest hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for every client.
-
Once your appointment is booked, I will provide you with detailed pre-care instructions specific to your procedure. Generally, you should avoid caffeine, alcohol, and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours before your appointment. You should also avoid sun exposure, chemical peels, and Botox in the treatment area for at least one month prior.
-
A consultation is essential for me to assess your skin type, bone structure, and natural features. It allows us to discuss your goals, perform a custom design mapping, and ensure you are a perfect candidate for your chosen technique.
-
Before booking, I ask that you send 2–3 clear photos without makeup so I can evaluate your features and any previous PMU work. Please include one full-face photo, one photo of your brows/eyes/lips straight on, and one close-up photo of each side.

I am located in Burbank, California, inside Salon Republic – Burbank Town Center. I proudly serve clients from Burbank, Glendale, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Northridge, Pasadena, Los Angeles, and the surrounding areas!
-
Comfort is my top priority! Unlike traditional tattoos or manual microblading, my techniques cause very little trauma to the skin. I use high-quality, medical-grade pre-numbing creams before we begin, and secondary numbing gels throughout the process to ensure a virtually painless and relaxing experience. Most clients describe the sensation as light pressure, and many even fall asleep!
-
The initial healing takes about 7–10 days. During the first few days, the color will appear darker than expected, and you may experience mild swelling (especially for lips and eyeliner). As the surface heals, the area may lightly flake and soften to reveal a more natural result. While the surface heals quickly, the color takes 6–8 weeks to fully stabilize and settle into the skin.
-
It is best to avoid makeup on or around the treated area until it is fully healed and any flaking has completely resolved (typically 7–14 days). Following your aftercare instructions carefully is very important for pigment retention!
-
The perfecting touch-up is a vital part of the process. Once your skin has fully healed, I use this session to evaluate how your skin retained the pigment, refine the shape, perfect the color saturation, and ensure every detail is flawless.
-
If you miss this critical window, your results may not be as long-lasting or as flawless as intended. Because the pigment will have faded more significantly, a later appointment may be considered a "Refresh" rather than a "Touch-up," which generally involves an additional fee.

✨ Microblading uses a manual blade to cut the skin to create hair strokes. It can be traumatic to the skin and is not suitable for everyone.
✨ Nano Brows use a gentle precision machine to pixelate pigment into the skin without cutting. This advanced technique is safer, virtually painless, and creates hyper-realistic 3D strokes that heal beautifully on all skin types, including oily and mature skin. -
Both create beautiful, natural-looking eyebrows. Nano Brows are created entirely with realistic hair-like strokes for the most natural appearance possible. Combo Brows combine these realistic hairstrokes (usually at the front of the brow) with soft shading through the body and tail. This is perfect for clients who want more definition, fullness, or a soft "makeup" look.
-
The appointment takes approximately 3.5–4 hours from start to finish. We begin with a consultation, custom brow mapping based on your bone structure, and a pre-draw so you can approve the shape. We then select a customized pigment that complements your skin undertone and hair color before I begin the machine work.
-
Absolutely not! I always work with your natural brow hair to create the most seamless result. I only remove stray hairs that fall outside of our custom-designed shape.
-
Nano Brows typically last between 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. For oily skin, pigment may fade slightly sooner. To keep your brows looking crisp and defined, I recommend a color refresh every 12 to 18 months.
-
A traditional lipstick tattoo is typically very saturated and creates a strong, opaque appearance. Lip Blush is designed to enhance your natural lip color, correct asymmetry, and define your natural borders, leaving a soft, youthful, smudge-proof flush of color that looks like a natural tint.
-
Lip Blush does not add physical volume like dermal fillers do, but it can create the illusion of fuller lips. By defining your natural borders and adding color, I can enhance your lip shape and make them appear much more plump and symmetrical.
-
Yes! Lip Blush is an excellent solution for defining uneven borders and camouflaging small scars. For cool or dark-toned lips, I perform a specialized technique called Dark Lip Neutralization.
-
This is a specialized procedure that requires 2 to 3 sessions. Instead of just adding a target color, I first use specific "neutralizing" pigments to warm up and brighten the natural dark or cool base of your lips. Once the lips have healed and the base is an even canvas, we can add your desired target color in the following sessions.
-
Temporary swelling and redness are completely normal for the first 24–48 hours. If you are prone to cold sores, the procedure can trigger an outbreak. I highly recommend taking Valtrex (500mg, twice a day) starting two days before and continuing for two days after your procedure. Please consult with your doctor for a prescription.
-
The appointment takes about 3.5–4 hours. Once healed, Lip Blush typically lasts 2–3 years, though many clients enjoy their results for much longer before wanting a color refresh!
-
Absolutely! You can wear your favorite lipsticks for a more dramatic look. However, most clients find they love their new natural tint so much that they only need a clear gloss or balm every day.
-
The best style depends on your eye shape, facial features, and lifestyle. During our consultation, we will look at Lash Enhancement (a subtle line hidden in the lashes to make them look thicker), Classic Eyeliner, Soft Shaded Eyeliner, and Foxy Liner. Together, we’ll determine the most flattering result for you.
-
The appointment takes about 3.5–4 hours. Eyeliner typically lasts 2–3 years. A Lash Line Enhancement may require more frequent refreshes (yearly) because natural tears and daily eye activity can cause the pigment in that specific area to fade more quickly.
-
The initial healing process is about 3–7 days. You may experience mild swelling during the first 1–3 days, which can usually be managed with a cold compress. You may also notice some light flaking as it heals. It is generally very easy to manage, and most clients return to normal activities quickly!
-
In some cases, yes! I can correct the color, shape, or overall appearance of previous PMU work. However, I need to evaluate your brows first. In some cases, a cover-up is possible, but if the old pigment is too dark, saturated, or discolored, I may recommend tattoo removal or lightening first to achieve the best long-term result.
-
Yes! I will soon be offering Magnetic Tattoo Removal. It is a non-invasive treatment designed to lighten and remove unwanted pigment. It is an excellent option for clients who have previously had laser, saline, or alkaline removal and are still looking to improve their results.
-
Yes, I offer Emergency PMU Removal for brows and lips. If you just received a PMU service elsewhere and are unhappy with the results, it is critical to contact me immediately. Emergency removal uses a gentle saline solution to lift fresh pigment before it heals, and it is most effective within the first 48 hours (up to 3-4 days maximum). If you are outside this window, we must wait until the area is fully healed (8 weeks) before starting standard removal.
-
You must keep the area completely dry and clean for the first 48–72 hours. As the area heals, a thin scab will form. It is essential that you do not pick or scratch it, as this scab is what lifts the pigment out of your skin. I will provide you with a detailed aftercare kit to ensure you heal safely.
-
Threading is often preferred for sensitive skin because it doesn't use heat or chemicals and only targets the hair, not the skin. While everyone’s sensitivity is different, most find it much gentler than waxing. It allows me to create extremely precise, clean lines for your brows with minimal redness or irritation.
-
Threading removes hair from the root, so your results will typically last between 2 to 4 weeks. Because the entire follicle is removed, the hair often grows back finer and softer over time. To maintain a crisp shape, I recommend booking a threading session every 2 weeks.
